Giant Siamese Carp - Pla Cohor

These beautiful Carp are capable of reaching well into the 150Kg range, and are the largest freshwater Carp species to be found anywhere! According to the World Wildlife Fund they are an endangered species.

We stocked 250 juveniles three years ago and they are now exceeding 10.9Kg in our ponds. They pack a mighty fight and are incredibly strong, even at these sizes, and are worthy of the respect of any angler. With huge mouths they are voracious feeders but known to be rather shy. When hooked they will pull you down as hard as possible - and try to stay down.

However, we regularly catch them at Hua Hin Fishing Lodge, so – come on over – you might get hooked!
