Just book through this site or call us on 089 837 4079 or 081 927 1271, tell us where you are staying in the Cha-Am, Hua Hin or Pranburi area and we'll do the rest.

Only 2 ½ hours South of Bangkok, 15 minutes West, from the centre of Royal Resort of Hua Hin, and only 5 minutes from the main Hua Hin Bypass, you will find a unique fishing experience for you and your family. A fishing retreat (We have two comfortable bungalows – with more under construction), designed for those who want a change from beach holidays.

Unlike many of the fishing parks found in Thailand, with crossed lines and thousands of catfish, we pride ourselves on the variety and condition, of the fish to be found in our ponds. We currently have 39 different species, with more on the way. Our present stock includes 3 varieties that are on the 'Endangered' Species list and one on the 'Critically Endangered' Species list as defined by the World Wildlife Fund.

Our specimens are not all HUGE as marketed by other fishing locations in Thailand. However they are growing fast and we believe that you will not find such a variety of interesting species in any other quality location in Hua Hin. We can therefore offer interesting fishing for the experienced angler - plus the opportunity for those wishing to get the thrill of engaging some new species to their angling experience.

Check out The Fish - here we list the actual stocking and size of specimens at Hua Hin Fishing Lodge as far as we know it - and it is constantly being updated. We also provide commonly accepted maximum known sizes. Visit the Gallery where you will find actual photographs of customers with their catches. All photographs taken at the Lodge, unless otherwise stated.

We welcome families with children - they can try out our top pond with specimens ranging from grams to 20kg and up. Alternatively you might want to be more adventurous and tackle the lower pond with South American delights and local specimens reaching 70kg or more.

Any way you want it - we have the best and nearest freshwater fishing action in Hua Hin.

All this combined with the peaceful atmosphere gained when limiting only 18 anglers at a session. Just 10Km from the center of Hua Hin, off the Pa La U road you will find the tranquility of the countryside, with some challenging fishing to share with family and friends.

Enjoy good Thai & Western food from our extensive menu at our restaurant - more than 50 dishes are on the menu which can be viewed on the 'Facilities' page of this site. Wash your meal down with some cool beer or wine (all delivered to your swim if required) to celebrate your catch. Depending on variety caught, we may even cook it for you!
There's also plenty of soft drinks and ice cream for the kids.

HUA HIN FISHING LODGE is open every day from 09.00hrs to 19.30hrs (Other timings by arrangement only and closed Songkran Day April 13 and Christmas Day December 25 - except for resident guests)

(email received 09/09/10) I would just like to say thank you to all your staff for a wonderful 2 days worth of fishing. I paid for the package on both days. I was picked up early on both days, and your staff were very helpful with the setup of rods / tactics used etc. The food was great and really friendly. More to the point over the two days I caught a 35kg Giant Catfish a Redtail Catfish, 2 Pacus a 16kg Carp and numerous other Carp all over 7 kg. It was fantastic fishing and I will definitely be back soon thanks again...........Keiron Davies

Just to say that me and my girlfriend had a great time at HHFL on the weekend of 24th and 25th July 2010. The staff were ever so friendly and helpful, the food was very good and the accomodation was excellent. Finally managed to bag 'Arry the Aripama' on my second vist to the lodge, he must be knocking nearly 70 kgs, what a brute of a fish and so powerful, i just held onto the rod for nearly an hour and hoped he would'nt break the hook or bust the line. A guy from Finland had already been battling with a giant Mekong catfish for 2 hours in the bottom pond before 'Arry took my chicken bait on a 100 yd run, we both managed to avoid getting tangled up and landed both fish. Got some wonderful pics of 'Arry in the water and some of the 45kg giant Mekong catfish. To go with that a 12kg Amazon Redtail Catfish, 6kg, 12kg & 15kg Pla Cohors, plus Pacu, Rohu, Arawana and North African Catfish. What a day to remember, see you again in the near future. The evening fishing was very good. The only downside is, that I'm going to wait about 1 year before I can come back :-) And I will be back for sure, next time I am in Hua Hin.........Nina Pedersen, Denmark.

Just wanted to let you know what a fantastic day we had. I was looked after superbly and caught 9 carp (3 different species) in the upper lake with my three largest being 10 kg, 13 kg and finished off with a 15 kg one. It couldn't have been better - I'm no expert by any stretch so it was a real bonus to catch so many and such big fish. Your staff were very friendly and very helpful too and we had a great lunch and my wife enjoyed chilling out. We are now back in the U.K. but will definitely be returning to the Fishing Lodge when we are back in Thailand in September - I may try my hand in the lower lake!.........Regards Steve Kortens U.K.
